Hey there,
So I can surely say that recently I have jumped on a health bandwagon since I thought that maybe this year I should try to do something about that winter fat not two days before my beach holidays. Me trying to be healthy consists of eating relatively healthy and just trying really hard to do portion control. I will admit that to me it is probably the hardest part since I have such a strong sense of HAVING to eat everything that is on my plate (that is just how I was brought up). I personally think it is the most important thing.
Other than that I am also doing Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide, I am almost sure that you have heard of her already but if not, google it. She has the best transformation pictures of her clients. Anyway, I am quite lazy with working out and my love to partying restricts me from comitting to sports to the fullest. However, I think I am just going to make a slow transition and go one step at a time to my summer body. On the other hand, I already slowed down with my night life so that is definitely a good thing. Will see what the results are going to be.
So my goal for this week and next week is slowly increase my activities (go jogging or just do small workouts when I have time) and not necesseraly do the full workout plan from Kayla Itsines since it is sooo hard and just kind of demotivates me just by thinking about it...
Is anyone else on a way to their summer bodies? Maybe you have any tips how to combine going out and healthy living?

This is something I am aiming for - lean, strong and flexible. Doesnt go well with alcohol though.
yah bishh!!
AAAAND the last thing... I want to share with you guys this youtube channel I cam across of a Malaysian girl living in the UK. She posts workouts and healthy recipes. The thing I love about her channel is that recipes are sooo easy to make, don't require much time or ingredients. Less talking more watching: CHECK THIS OUT
So this weekend i had a quick trip to Paris. Everything was very convinient - my friend from Brasil who I haven't seen in almost two years was there, cost of the trip was only €25 (iDbus - the best) and I had an amazing place to stay for free (in the city centre of Paris). So I thought why not! I only spend one day there but managed to see a lot. However during the trip my phone crashed and I had to reboot it therefore lost everything that was on it ! Luckily i instagrammed a picture before so I have at least something to show you ! If i manage to get some pictures from friends i will update it but im pretty sure you all know how touristy places of Paris look like.
P.S. french do drink a lot of wine. Even I could not keep up.
That was my breakfast in Paris with a fricking amazing view !

I guess from my previous posts you could tell my love for food, therefore I love going out for lunch or dinner. Or both. Anyways, I am glad I have a friend who likes that too and we always go exploring different places. But recently we have been coming to this one place more often.
First of all and aabsolute must have and my current favorite is vietnamese coffee. You get two glasses - one with some condensed milk and a coffee filter on top (that makes coffee drip in to condensed milk) and then you get a glass with ice. Once all the coffee is filtered through you mix it with condensed milk and pour it over ice. Seriously perfect, and I can't wait for summer to drink this and enjoy it even more.
Caramelized pork salad, unfortunately I cant remember the exact name. And as for Amsterdam it was pretty cheap too - 9 euros. Anyway, the salad was amazing, healthy (i think so) and very very filling.
While waiting you can give yourself travel ache by reading this book with the most amazing pictures of Vietnam and vietnamese food.
If you ever in Amsterdam don't miss it. It's called Nghia n Nghia x Chow Amsterdam
After lunch we went to a vinyl shop, to wander around. Got some free posters and CDs.
For all melomans - its a heaven.
P.S. I need to work hard on my photogrpahy skills, obviously
So this time a call from Spain ! I travelled to Marbella to visit one of my friends who is staying there. I have never been there before so was soo excited ! We started our day with little exploration of the old town of Marbella. Old towns are my favorite thing in the world. Thats why I love Europe so much I guess.
Then of course we got a little tired and decided to sit down in the main square and just enjoy the sunshine. Here you can see the most amazing freaking thing in the world: FRESHLY SQUEEZED MANGO AND MELON JUICE. Where else could you get such a thing? No need to say, it was absolutely amazing.
I love meditteranean cities...
Freshest seafood platter out there... I love fresh food. Seriously. (I know it looks battery, but once you bit into it you know what im talking about)
And of course, after our food fiesta, being hedonists, we also need to have a little drink.
friends who havent seen each other for ages + sangria + happy hour + sunshine = best afternoon
Plaza Naranja - Square of oranges. It does live up to the name I can tell.
So the following days in Casblanca and Marrakesch went pretty fast and uneventfully mainly due to heavy rain all the time and our araab hosts' love of sleeping (I mean when you wake up at 3 pm there is not that much left to do).
We did see Casablanca Mall which they are soo proud of since it is the biggest one in Africa. However when we visited it it was really empty and sad, I was not impressed at all.
Finally on the road to Marrakesch !
Seriously - the best shit ever. Could come back to Morocco just for food. This was a different variation of the meatballs I showed you in the last post.
Breakfast in the airport after an amazing night out (went to a casino for the first time and went crazy in there!). After the casino we went to the markeet again around 5am to ask to buy some freshly squeezed orange juice just because IT IS RIDICULUOSLY AMAZING. Seriously, the best juice you will ever get AND only 40 cents !
However it was time for prayer and no one was there but after a long search we finally found some people who were willing to sell it for us, even though the market was not even open. In Morocco they will do anything for money.
Anyways, in the picture you can see the juice I was so hyped about and some Moroccan pancake with honey, was pretty good.
So it's finally time to tell something about my morrocan adventures !
We started off by taking a ferry from Malaga to Morroco and then driving to the city called Chefchaouen for what was supposed to be "1,5 hours" but was actually around 6h (I think its just arabic measurement of time). So all tired and angry we finally arrived to our amazing hotel which looked likes this:

Pretty damn amazing, right ?
That was the insides, still god damn amazing.
It's getting better and better. That is the view we had through the window. I wish someone could take me back right now...
The path from our room to the restaurant..
Time for some morrocan tea! They drink it everywhere and it is pretty amazing. However soo soo sweet.
Of course it is time to eat, everywhere in morroco before the meal that you actually ordered arrives - they bring out some fresh, most of the times home made, bread and butter and a mix of olives. It is so amazing and you have to watch out not to eat too much because actual meals taste even better and are huuge ! here you can see meatballs (on the left) and chicken couscous. I personally liked the meatballs better simply because chicken dish was bit too dry. However both of these dishes is a must try in morroco!
While waiting for our dishes to arrive, we enjoyed this view. You will see men standing and doing nothing for hoooours and hoooours everywhere in Morroco.
Chefchaoune - famous for its blue colored houses througout the whole city. Apparently blue color, is a jewish teaching, for people to remind of god's power everywhere. It really is a magical experience to walk through a town that is all painted in blue.
The city, however, is also famous amongst morrocan people for another eason too - apparently they grow the best hashish in the world. We might or might not tried to prove it ourselves.
The toilets are beautiful - even in the most dodgiest places.
Off to our next destination - Casablanca.
